Meet The Team
Ross has been working in digital media for over ten years, beginning with his tenure as a multimedia producer at News Publishing Company where his team pioneered digital video production and distribution as a new means of storytelling. Ross returned to his hometown of Columbus, Georgia in 2010 as a member of the Ledger-Enquirer advertising team. Ross served as Director of Sales for three years before being named Vice President / Advertising in 2015.
In 2015, Ross was instrumental in the creation of LEAD Digital. Since its creation, LEAD Digital has experienced unprecedented growth, becoming the unrivaled leader for digital advertising solutions in the Chattahoochee Valley and beyond. Ross has also played a lead role in Together 2016, an effort led by the Ledger-Enquirer that contributed over $200,000 to regional community projects.
This past year, Ross was named a 5 Under 40 Rising Star by Columbus & The Valley Magazine. He is also the recipient of the 2010 Ledger-Enquirer Consultant of the Year award and two Emmy nominations for his work in interactive media. As a graduate of Berry College, Ross received the coveted Urquhart Award, the highest honor given to a communication graduate, for his outstanding leadership, scholarship, and service within Berry College's department of communication.

Robert's goal is to show love and compassion to others in a way that inspires them to do the same. He also strives to live in a world filled with only 90's music (minus the late 90's boy-band era), new Star Wars movies at least twice a year, and year round SEC football. Robert lists one of his greatest accomplishments as convincing his father to stop using a stylus with his iPhone.
With nearly 10 years of digital advertising experience, Robert has been at the forefront of the digital transformation. As the Director of Digital, his efforts helped transform the Ledger-Enquirer into a digital-first company and helped form LEAD Digital in 2015. He is an expert in all forms of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, reputation management, targeted display, email marketing, geofencing, and much more. He has been invited to speak at several local and regional events regarding digital advertising and how it is shaping the way businesses market themselves.
Robert is a 1999 graduate of Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a degree in marketing. He is also a member of the Together 2016/17 executive committees along with a Leadership Columbus 2017 graduate.
When he's not knee-deep in digital advertising, Robert can be found spending time with his wife Stacey and their five children Kaylin, Kelsey, Ethan, Samuel, and Annabelle. No that is not a typo, he really does have five children!
Christi wants to live in a world where everyone is compassionate and caring and encourages others to do their best. She also wants her sales reps to turn in their orders on time.
With over 15 years of advertising and marketing experience, her expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to the organization. Christi is strategic and a forward thinker, making way for her team to run smoothly and maximize results. She goes above and beyond daily, surpassing expectations to ensure every job order is complete.
When Christi isn’t behind her computer, you can find her getting ideas from Pinterest and repurposing old furniture, going through her Vegas honeymoon pics, or playing fetch with her dogs, Caden and Chloe.
Evelyn is a true food enthusiast who could live off anything that comes out of the sea. She wants to live in a world where every type of cancer is recognized equally and mental illness is acknowledged to a greater degree.
Evelyn joined the LEAD Digital team when her family moved to Columbus three years ago. Her career in media and advertising sales began over 15 years ago at the Atlanta Journal Constitution after receiving her Bachelor’s degree at Florida A&M University. Evelyn enjoys the family-centric feel of the city and interacting with the Columbus community by way of service on The Family Center Board and affiliated programs.
When Evelyn is not motivating her workers, you can find her on the sidelines of peewee football cheering on #22, her mini MVP, trying to figure out how to be the best positive role model to tweens today and testing out local eats in new cities.
Bill has been in sales/management for more years than he cares to remember. He has never met a stranger and as the old adage goes, “He could sell ice to an Eskimo”.
Bill started his career in the telephone business and then moved into wireless. After several years and moving his family twice, he decided that his family had endured enough of the craziness and decided to make Columbus home. With a 3 year old granddaughter, who would move away from that treasure!
When Bill is not checking and double checking his manifest so all customers are billed correctly - he enjoys cooking. Having owned a catering business in Florida,
he has lots of great recipes that he is glad to share.
Lindsey sees a world where not everyone gets a trophy and success is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.
With more than 10 years of experience in customer service, Lindsey thrives off of challenges and believes no two customers are the same.
When she’s not trying to save the world, she’s usually trying to save her cooking from setting off the smoke alarm, spending time with her family or enjoying bottomless coffees on her front porch.
Jessica, a former college lacrosse player, has the ability to take any scenario and find a way to make it better. Jessica is outgoing, positive, energetic, and is often found motivating her team, clients, family, and friends to 'go the extra mile.'
Jessica graduated with a Business/Chemistry/Marketing degree in 2012 from Mercyhurst University and then immediately continued her education at Roberts Wesleyan College where she acquired her Masters in Strategic Marketing. She has since worked over five years in different parts of the digital marketing industry, happily landing at LEAD Digital as our Client Success manager.
When Jessica is not making sure her team and clients are finding success, you can find her exploring new restaurants with her best friend and husband Patrick, shopping for their little boy, Henry, or hiking as a family with their 'magical mutt' Maybelline.

Catherine would like to live in a world where traveling is affordable, sleep is not necessary and energy is never exhausted.
With over 15 years in customer service, Catherine has learned to play well with others in order to get to best possible outcome. Her BA in English from Lee University allows her to be eloquent while doing so.
When she is not helping others, she is escaping into her latest book purchase. Once in awhile, she even pretends to be a writer, using her blog as the channel for her unpredictable life. She lives in Columbus, GA with her husband, Julio and daughter, Juliette.

Caty wants to see all different parts of the world, eat as many donuts as she wants without gaining calories, and one day have a farm to rescue all homeless dogs. (And when she says all of them, she means all of them.)
Sales wasn’t her first choice for a career; but it’s something she now unexpectedly loves. She’s been a jack of many trades, but has found that sales comes naturally. Her work experience previously had her learning about insurance and engineering before moving back to Columbus in 2015.
When she’s not on the phone placing real estate buys, she’s hanging with her number one love; her son Jude. He’s her sidekick in life and ‘partner in crime’ and she wouldn’t trade it for the world. From time to time, she just wishes he would look for things better before walking into a room and saying, “Nope, can’t find it, mom.”
A Southern Belle with a gypsy soul. Crystal loves to travel and doesn’t do it nearly enough. If there is a good concert within distance she’s usually there. If you can’t find her and she’s not in a meeting, she’s most likely at her second office where she has her own table... (read: Starbucks) having a passion tea lemonade.
As a digital marketing leader with over 16 years of experience in marketing and digital space, she is an expert in digital advertising including SEM, programmatic ad buying, mobile marketing strategy, video, website development sales, email marketing, social media management and reputation management. She’s built a great career of growing small market businesses as well as working with large regional and national accounts directly and through the agency level. She loves building relationships and cultivating results for clients through great strategy and planning.
When she’s not sipping on Starbuck’s PTL, you can find her loving on her new baby boy, picking out trendy teen clothes for her two older girls or cheering on her alma mater Auburn University with family. War Eagle!
Dana would love to spend her days on a tropical beach with the sand between her toes, cool breeze blowing through her hair and watching an amazing sunset over a calm sea.
As a media sales and marketing strategist with over 11 years experience, Dana has worked with publishers and digital media sales in several markets within the southeast. She is actively interested in creating long lasting working relationships and is focused on increased return of investments for her clients.
When she is not pursuing the power of the marketing dollar, Dana loves spending time with her husband, sharing sunshine, laughter and local spots to wine and dine.
Debbie comes with a warning label. She’s a bit of a control freak wanting everything done right but it’s all about the end results. If you are looking to find a partner who will not only work with you but grow with your company for years to come, she’s your gal.
As a media consultant with over 20 years in sales experience, she has grown right along with technology. She started in the classified department of the Ledger-Enquirer over ten years ago and loved it but wanted to branch out of her comfort zone. Now, eight years later, she is loving her career as a multimedia consultant. She is forever multitasking projects and wishing for more time but wouldn’t want it any other way. What makes her different than any other media representative? She makes herself a part of your business and gives you the service you deserve.
Her life is simple; she devotes her free time to grandchildren and the gym; both keep her in shape; worn out, but complete. When she’s not working out, you can find her designing advertisements. She loves using her creativity on a daily basis to help reach the right audience for her clients.
Deborah dreams of a day when the Florida Gators are back on top and eating bottomless molcaljetes of guacamole.
With 15 years of customer service and banking experience behind her, Deborah made the switch to media and has been loving it and moving forward in digital space and knowledge ever since. She wholeheartedly loves her job and the clients she serves. Meticulously going over proposals and staying tuned in to data analytics, she watches each campaign’s progress ebb and flow, intervening when needed. She is detailed and thorough, one of the best in the biz.
When Deborah isn’t optimizing campaigns, you can find her fishing with her pops, immersing herself in service to a community near and dear to her heart and enjoying time spent with friends and family.
Sandra dreams of vector files, Adobe and project deadlines on a regular basis… it haunts her in her sleep. Like vacations, she wishes each deadline came with an extra week.
With more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, Sandra appreciates all things creative. She enjoys learning new trends, new technologies and new sources of inspiration. Everyday is new and with that comes excitement.
When she’s not designing layouts or creating new logos, she loves fishing with her two amazing sons, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Tomeka views challenges as intriguing, and overcoming them is what makes her day purposeful.
As a Recruitment Specialist, Tomeka has more than 20 years of experience in inside sales and advertising. During her tenure, she’s been awarded Salesperson of the Month several times, and was honored to become a Director’s Club Member for outstanding performance.
When she’s away from the office, you can find her reading a good suspense novel or doing her most favorite thing- spending time and enjoying life with family and loved ones.
Nikki’s hope for the future is world peace, free wifi and student loan forgiveness…a world where cancer is curable and pets, cars and cellphones last a lifetime.
Nikki came on at the Ledger at the end of 2007 and has been asking too many questions and pushing limits ever since.Her Grandaddy used to say: “If you ain’t tired, you ain’t workin’ hard enough.” …and she wholeheartedly concurs as boredom would surely be the death of her. After many years of bouncing around vastly different schools of study, she finally landed on Psychology…and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University in 2012. She also became an ordained minister by the power vested in some random website in 2004….but somehow ended up in Advertising. She’s still not quite sure what she wants to be when she grows up. Should that ever happen, she’s hoping LPGA Pro, Nascar driver and Princess are still on the table.
When she’s not obsessing over fonts or whether she’s perfectly aligned graphics in a presentation at work, she’s hoarding and selling vintage, binge watching TCM and/or trying to understand why her 17-year-old rescue is always whining. Although she’s constantly complaining about money (or lack thereof), she always manages
to have enough for good wine, late night Amazon impulse buys and exceeding the 3 topping limit on her Domino’s carry-out special.

Kaitlynn believes it’s the small things that can make a world of a difference in so many areas of life, and everyday she tries to change one thing to make something better. Whether those changes are with people or processes, she believes that giving to others makes the heart happiest and schedules are meant for flexibility. As a wife and a mother to two children, she knows life is always changing and you must always be ready for the next hill or valley.
After graduating from Pacelli High School in 2004, she went straight into enrollment at Columbus State University and studied to earn a Marketing Degree. She went on to build a career in sales by working in the Insurance and Business Telecom industries, but finally ended up where her heart was leading her in the first place... Marketing!
Kaitlynn has spent the past 10 years learning how account management and superior customer service go hand-in-hand, and why people trust another individual with their business and growth. With a dedicated attitude and energetic approach to serving her customers, Kaitlynn is confident she is meeting the needs of her customers and not her own. And as a Columbus native, she has spent a long time growing a network of friends, professionals, and business partners who have become her friends. She plans to grow in the community for many years to come.
